The PTO is a non-profit. Save money on paying taxes by using this Certificate for PTO-authorized expenses.
​PTO Committee Chairs must submit a "Thorson Internal Building Use Form" for all PTO events or meetings that will take place on school grounds. The school would like this form completed for all events to ensure that needed tables, chairs, and computer equipment are available at each event. Please contact the school office if you need help completing the form.
PLEASE submit your PTO-authorized expenses as timely as possible. Put it in a sealed envelope labeled "PTO Expense" and submit it to the office.
If the PRIMARY purpose of your event is fundraising, district approval is required.
Use this form to deposit any money raised.
